The Basic Experience to Improve the Influence of China's Culture since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

文化影响力是判断一个国家是否成为文化强国的重要指标。党的十八大以来,中国特色社会主义文化影响力开始呈现出正向加速递增效应。我国文化影响力提升的基本经验,主要表现在七个方面:生成文化影响力赖以提升的经济硬实力及其健康增长的发展模式;锻造坚定自觉的文化自信;实现中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化与创新性发展;牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权、管理权、话语权;强化社会主义核心价值观的价值引领;构建中国特色社会主义哲学社会科学的三大体系;探索中国特色社会主义文化多元传播方式。

Cultural influence is an important index to judge whether a country has become a cultural power or not.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the influence of socialism culture with Chinese characteristics has begun to demonstrate a positive acceleration effect.The basic experience of enhancing cultural influence in China mainly manifests in seven aspects:generating hard power of economy on which cultural influence depends and its sound growth development model;forging firm and self-conscious cultural confidence;realizing the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture;firmly grasping the leadership,management and discourse power of ideological work;strengthen the value guidance of socialism core values;constructing three systems of socialism philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics;exploring ways of diversified communication of socialism culture with Chinese characteristics.
