一种三轴冗余握杆的设计实现

摘要 操控设备作为一种人机接口设备,广泛应用民用、工业及军用领域,如武器装备中用来控制武器的发射、调整发射角度等,有些也用来直接控制武器装备的行进和飞行等;在工业控制领域,数控机床的运行控制、雷达天线等的角度控制等。这些领域有些对于可靠性的要求相当高,为了满足特殊使用方向的高可靠要求,该文提出一种操控设备的冗余设计方案,主要从总体设计、电路设计、人机工程等几个方面进行介绍。该方案经过测试验证并在某型号系统上试用,证明其操控灵活应用方便,符合设计要求。 As a kind of human-machine interface equipment,control equipment is widely used in civil,industrial and military fields,such as weapons used to control the launch of weapons,adjust the launch Angle,and some are also used to directly control the progress and flight of weapons and equipment.In the field of industrial control,the operation control of CNC machine tools,radar antenna Angle control,etc.Some of these fields have very high requirements for reliability.In order to meet the high reliability requirements of special use direction,this paper proposes a redundant design scheme of control equipment,which is mainly introduced from the aspects of overall design,circuit design and ergonomics.The scheme has been tested and tested on a certain type of system,which proves that it is flexible and convenient to operate and meet the design requirements.
