摘要 为评估多主体分散决策能源互联系统在恶意攻击下的韧性及分析子系统之间的动态行为,提出了一种韧性评估方法。首先,分析了极端事件下多主体能源互联系统的动态特征,考虑子系统间故障影响传播和反馈迭代作用,构建了适用于能源互联系统的韧性评估指标体系。而后,基于多主体能源互联系统分散决策的特点,建立了系统面对极端事件的故障响应模型。接着,搭建了极端场景模型并提出韧性评估方法。最后,通过算例验证了方法的可行性和有效性,得出能源耦合会导致故障传播且具有正负效应、能源冗余度和子系统决策行为等是影响韧性的重要因素、合理匹配子系统决策行为与能源冗余度来抑制反馈有利于优化系统韧性的结论,并提出了韧性的改善建议。 Considering multi-agent and decentralized decision-making energy interconnected system,this paper proposes a resilience evaluation method to evaluate its resilience under malicious attack and to analyze the dynamic behaviors among its subsystems.First,we analyze its dynamic characteristics under extreme events,and establish resilience assessment indexes considering the influence propagation and feedback among subsystems.Then based on the characteristics of decentralized decision-making,we construct a failure response model of the system facing extreme events.Next,we build an extreme scene model and a resilience assessment method.Finally,we verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method by case study.Results show that the coupling between subsystems will cause cascading effects and possess both positive and negative influence.System resilience is affected by energy redundancy and subsystem decision-making rules.It will be optimized by reasonably matching the decision-making rules of subsystems with energy redundancy to suppress feedback.Furthermore,suggestions for improving resilience are put forward.
