Establishing Cost Management Information System of OffshoreOil Construction Project

海洋石油开采相比于陆上油气田采掘,其早期项目投资、物流等成本费用更高,因而如何控制海洋石油生产制造作业成本费用,成为海洋开采工作人员及科研人员关注及研究的重点。文章分析了现行海洋石油基本建设工程造价管理方法上存在的问题,提出了构建海洋石油基本建设工程造价信息管理系统的思路。

Compared with onshore oil and gas exploitation,the cost of early project investment and logistics in offshore oil exploitation is higher.Therefore,how to control the cost of offshore oil production and manufacturing has become the focus of attention and research of offshore oil exploitation workers and researchers.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current cost management method of offshore oil capital construction project,and puts forward the idea of constructing the cost information management system of offshore oil capitalc onstruction project.
