摘要
炼化企业的大检修对于企业运行发展至关重要。兵马未动粮草先行,在停工大检修工作中,物资保障更是检修的基石。基于大检修物资采购计划管理可以提高检修与维护能力,为炼化企业实现安全、稳定、高效检修提供保障。文章通过对大检修物资采购计划优化路径和物资采购计划管理措施的探究,力求能够为炼化企业大检修的顺利实施提供积极有效的思路,确保炼化企业停工检修可靠、高效地进行。
The overhaul of refining and chemical enterprises is very important for the operation and development of enterprises.In the overhaul work,material support is the cornerstone of overhaul.Based on the material procurement plan management of overhaul,it can improve the ability of overhaul and maintenance,and provide guarantee for refining and chemical enterprises to realize safe,stable and efficient overhaul.This paper explores the optimization path of the material procurement plan and the management measures of the material procurement plan,and tries to provide a positive and effective way of thinking for the implementation of the overhaul in the refinery enterprises,and ensure the reliability and efficiency of the shutdown and maintenance of the refining enterprises.
