联合站节能降耗集输工艺的应用

Application of Energy Saving and Consumption Reducing Gathering andTransportation Technology in Combined Station

环境问题是制约经济发展的重要因素之一。经济发展应兼顾坚持"绿色"、节能的理念,发挥资源的最大化价值。在油田建设方面,油田中后期开发其含水量持续上升,产油量下降,管网受腐蚀情况严重,后期维护成本突出,吨油处理难度大,影响联合站稳定运行,也不符合国家"绿色经济"发展理念。文章通过对联合站能耗分析,提出选择合理节能泵,落实节能改造,以高性能加热炉联合降耗集输工艺,达到最理想的节能效果,为油田长久开采奠定基础。

Environmental problem is one of the important factors restricting economic development.In economic development,we should adhere to the concept of"green"and energy conservation,and maximize the value of resources.In the aspect of oilfield construction,in the middle and later development stage,the water content of the oilfield continued to rise,the oil production decreased,the pipeline network was seriously corroded,the maintenance cost was prominent in the later stage,and it was difficult to deal with tons of oil,which affected the stable operation of the combined station and did not conform to the national"green economy"development concept.Based on the energy consumption analysis of the joint station,this paper proposes to select reasonable energy-saving pumps,implement energy-saving transformations,and use high-performance heating furnaces to combine consumption reduction gathering and transportation technology to achieve the most ideal energysaving effect and lay the foundation for the long-term development of national oilfield development.
