Pt-YSZ复合电极的制备及性能

摘要 制备出一种Pt-YSZ复合电极浆料,通过共烧结法制备成氧敏感元件。通过研究不同配方Pt-YSZ复合电极的微观结构、电化学性能、响应性能,初步确定ZrO2粉料含量为7.5%~22.5%的Pt-YSZ复合电极三相界面长度较长,有较强的电化学催化活性,在700℃工作温度下响应较快。 In this paper,a kind of Pt-YSZ composite electrode slurry was prepared,and the oxygen sensing element was prepared by co-sintering technology.By studying the microstructure,electrochemical properties and Response Properties of the Pt-YSZ composite electrodes,it is preliminarily determined that the Pt-YSZ composite electrodes with 7.5%~22.5%mass ratio of zirconia powder have longer three-phase interface length and stronger electrochemical catalytic activity,the faster response at 700℃.
