摘要
液相加氢技术是近年来为适应市场需求发展起来的新技术,文章简述了国内首套大型化国Ⅴ液相加氢装置应用高压缠绕管换热器的情况,并通过工艺计算和工业应用数据分析比较采用缠绕管换热器在节能降耗及减少投资方面的优势。
The continuous liquid-phase hydrotreating technology is a new technology developed in recent years to meet the market demand. This paper describes the application result of coil-wound high pressure heat exchanger in the in the first large-scale national Ⅴ standard liquid-phase hydrogenation unit in China, and analyzes the advantages in reducing energy consumption and investment through process calculation and industrial application data.
