摘要
甲基叔丁基醚,英文缩写为MTBE,溶点-109℃,沸点55.2℃,是一种无色、透明、高辛烷值的液体,具有醚样气味,是生产无铅、高辛烷值、含氧汽油的理想调合组分,它不仅能有效提高汽油辛烷值,而且还能改善汽车性能,降低排气中CO含量,同时降低汽油生产成本。其基础辛烷值RON:117,MON:101,是优良的汽油高辛烷值添加剂和抗爆剂。文章主要分析了MTBE装置改造为碳四叠合系统,两种可研方案的对比分析。
Methyl tert-butylether,abbreviated as MTBE(methyl tert-butyl ether),solubility point-109℃and boiling point 55.2℃,is a colorless,transparent and high octane number liquid.It can not only effectively increase gasoline octane number,but also improve automobile performance,reduce CO content in exhaust gas,and reduce gasoline production cost.Its basic octane number RON:117,MON:101,is an excellent addition of gasoline high octane number.Agents and antiknock agents.In this paper,the MTBE unit is transformed into a carbon-quadric system.The comparative analysis of two feasible schemes is provided for reference only.
