Reparation of Anticorrosive Coating in Wet Process Phosphoric Acid Production

为了改善湿法磷酸生产中的腐蚀问题,针对防腐材料选择、应用、施工工艺展开讨论。根据防腐材料的特性及施工工艺进行材料的选用,以及真空设备硫化胶板的修复选材及维护方式方法进行探究,降低设备的腐蚀泄漏率,确保磷酸装置的稳定运行,发挥产能。

In order to improve the corrosion problem in wetprocess phosphoric acid production,the selection,application and construction technology of anticorrosion materials were discussed.According to the characteristics of anti-corrosion materials and construction technology,the selection of materials,as well as the repair,selection and maintenance methods of vulcanized rubber plates for vacuum equipment are explored to reduce the corrosion leakage rate of equipment and ensure the stable operation of phosphoric acid plant,give full play to productivity.
