摘要
文章针对使用时间较长的钻机顶部驱动系统出现变频器F033故障,变频器F148故障等典型故障,结合现场使用情况,对该次故障现象特点,判断方法及解决方法,进行分析讨论研究,并结合自身总结出完整的故障解除方案。
In view of the typical faults such as frequency converter F033 fault and frequency converter F148 fault occurred in the top drive system of the drilling rig which has been used for a long time,this paper analyzes and discusses the characteristics,judgment methods and solutions of the fault phenomenon combined with the field use,and sums up a complete troubleshooting scheme combined with ourself.
