摘要
以上海某食品公司印刷工艺为例,针对常见凹版印刷工艺挥发性有机物(VOCs)废气污染,对废气处理设备进行提标改造,选用活性炭吸脱附+催化燃烧方式处理熟的VOCs废气,介绍了废气处理工艺的原理、工程设计、投资运行费用及处理成效,工程实践表明,处理后废气均达标排放,处理效率稳定在80%以上,投资运行费用较低,提标改造后明显降低污染物排放量,显示出良好的经济环保效益。
Taking printing process of a food company in Shanghai as an example,in view of the waste gas pollution of VOCs in common gravure printing process,the waste gas treatment equipment is upgraded,and the VOCs waste gas is treated by activated carbon desorption+catalytic combustion.The principle,engineering design,investment and operation cost and treatment effect of the waste gas treatment process are introduced.The engineering practice shows that after treatment.The waste gas is discharged up to standard,the treatment efficiency is stable at more than 80%,the investment and operation cost is low.After the upgrading,the pollutant emission is obviously reduced,which shows good economic and environmental protection benefits.
