Expert consensus on management of skin toxicities induced by anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody

抗表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)单抗已成为转移性结直肠癌治疗的重要手段之一。皮肤不良反应是抗EGFR单抗的主要不良反应,具体包括丘疹脓疱型皮疹、甲沟炎及皮肤干燥瘙痒等,极大影响患者的生活质量和治疗依从性。基于指导抗EGFR单抗治疗相关的皮肤不良反应处理的临床需求,中国临床肿瘤学会结直肠癌专家委员会、中国医师协会皮肤科医师分会和中国医药教育协会组织相关领域专家,根据国际最新理论和临床经验,讨论并制定了《抗EGFR单抗治疗相关的皮肤不良反应临床处理专家共识》,内容包括抗EGFR单抗治疗相关的皮肤不良反应的临床表现、治疗和预防等方面,期望为皮肤科及肿瘤科医师提供规范化的处理指导,更好地为肿瘤患者服务。

Anti-epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)monoclonal antibody has become an important approach for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.Skin toxicities,including papulopustular eruption,paronychia,xeroderma and pruritus,are the major side effects associated with anti-EGFR antibody therapy,which affect patients’quality of life and can lead to treatment discontinuation and dose reduction.Therefore,appropriate management is of ultimate clinical needs.In this setting,Colorectal Cancer Expert Committee of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO),Chinese Dermatologist Association(CDA),and China Medical Education Association(CMEA)organized dermatology and oncology experts to develop the expert consensus on the management of skin toxicities induced by anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody based on international guidelines and clinical experiences.This consensus included clinical presentation,treatment and prevention of the anti-EGFR antibody associated skin toxicities,hoping to provide standardized guidance for dermatologist and oncologists.
