Integration of Industry and Education in Cross-border Education in the Ethnic Frontier Regions of Southwest China in the Perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative:The Case of Yunnan of China and ASEAN

摘要 “一带一路”倡议是中国为应对全球格局变化、适应新发展方式转变、推动构建人类命运共同体而提出的重大构想。后疫情时代多重制度环境的不确定性,驱动中国大学发展理念变迁和发展模式变革,新一轮高水平对外开放促使我国西南边疆民族地区跨境教育产教融合呈现出新的发展图景。产教融合是提升跨境教育合作质量的有效途径,在分析“一带一路”倡议下我国西南边疆民族地区跨境教育产教融合背景的基础上,重点探讨云南省与东盟跨境教育产教融合的发展情况和模式,构建其问题的透析模型,提出推动云南省高校、企业探寻跨境教育产教融合的实践理路,发挥云南省高等教育系统在推动中国-东盟跨境教育治理体系和治理能力现代化中的先导作用,助力“一带一路”倡议在中国“南向”战略中落地生根。 The Belt and Road Initiative is a major strategy proposed by China to respond to changes in the old global pattern,adapt to changes in new development patterns,and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.The uncertainties of multiple institutional environments in the post-epidemic era have driven changes in the development concepts and development models of Chinese universities.The new round of high-level opening-up to the outside world has prompted the integration of cross-border industry and cross-border education in the ethnic frontier regions of southwest China,presenting a new development prospect.The integration of industry and education is an effective way to improve the quality of cross-border educational cooperation.Based on the analysis of the background of the integration of industry and education in cross-border education in the ethnic frontier regions of southwest China under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative,this study focuses on the analysis of the actual situation of the integration of industry and education between Yunnan and ASEAN,tries to build an analytic model for the exiting problems,encourages the universities and enterprises in Yunnan province to explore the practical integration of industry and cross-border education,helps the higher education system in Yunnan province play a leading role in promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capabilities of China-ASEAN cross-border education,and promotes the successful implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative in Southeast Asia.
