摘要
知识资源的组织是机构知识库构建过程中的一个重要环节,知识资源组织的好坏会直接影响机构知识库的质量与效果。主题地图作为一种知识组织技术,能够利用其在知识组织领域的优势使机构知识库的功能更加完善。文章通过使用Ontopia主题地图开发工具,将机构知识库中的知识资源按照主题集中,并利用主题之间的关联将所有知识资源有效组织起来,为用户提供可视化浏览与检索,提高用户在机构知识库中获取知识资源的效率与效果。
The organization of knowledge resources is an important link in the process of building institutional knowledge database,and whether the organization of knowledge resources is good or not will directly affects the quality and effect of institutional knowledge database.As a kind of knowledge organization technology,Topic map can make use of its advantages in the field of knowledge organization to make the function of institutional knowledge database more perfect.By using the Ontopia Topic map development tool,this paper concentrates the knowledge resources in the institutional knowledge database according to the topic,and effectively organizes all the knowledge resources by using the association between the topics,so as to provide the visual browsing and retrieval for the users,and improve the efficiency and effect of obtaining the knowledge resources in the institutional knowledge database.
