Study on the status quo of librarians’professional identity in private universitiesand its promotion strategy

文章分析了民办高校图书馆馆员职业认同的重要性、馆员职业认同现状、馆员职业认同的影响因素,提出了一些高校图书馆馆员职业认同的提升对策,以期为同行提供借鉴和参考。

This paper analyzes the importance of professional identity of librarians in private colleges and universities,the status quo of professional identity of librarians,and the influencing factors of professional identity of librarians.Furthermore,it puts forward some countermeasures to promote the professional identity of university librarians in order to provide reference for the people of the same occupation.
