摘要
了解某市X射线诊断受检者的辐射剂量水平,为卫生健康主管部门放射卫生监督管理提供技术依据。文章采用热释光剂量法对常规X射线诊断受检者开展入射体表剂量检测,采用调查表法对乳腺X射线诊断、CT诊断受检者进行剂量调查。1409例X射线诊断受检者中,普通X射线诊断受检者剂量值0.02~16.36 mGy,乳腺X射线诊断受检者乳腺剂量值0.38~4.8 mGy,CT诊断受检者头颅、胸部、腹部、腰椎的CTDIw分别为16.9~67.9 mGy,1.34~21.6 mGy,1.75~22.5 mGy,6.7~26.7 mGy,超过医疗照射剂量指导水平52例(占3.7%)。个别X射线诊断受检者所受辐射剂量高于国家标准规定的医疗照射指导水平值,应引起关注。
This paper aims to know the radiation dosage level of X-ray diagnostic subjects in a city,and provide technical basis for the supervision and management of radiation health of health authorities.Thermoluminescence dosage method is used to carry on the incident body surface dosage examination to the conventional X-ray diagnosis examinees.And the questionnaire method is used to carry on the mammography diagnosis examinee dosage investigation.Among the 1409 cases,the dosage value of X-ray is 0.02-16.36 mGy,the dosage value of mammography is 0.38-4.8 mGy,and those of the CTDIw of head,chest,abdomen and lumbar vertebra are 16.9-67.9,1.34-21.6,1.75-22.5 and 6.7-26.7 mGy respectively.There are 52 cases whose dosage values are higher than the dosage guidance level of medical exposure.The radiation dosage of some X-ray diagnostic subjects are higher than the guidance level of national standard for medical exposure,which should be paid attention to.
