摘要
目前,我国城市化的进程正迅速推进,城市道路路网建设规模日益增加,这推动了道路路网和道路等级的不断提高。由于机动车保有量的快速增长,道路设施正面临着越来越大的压力,越来越多的城市出现交通拥堵现象。由于城市一体化现象越发明显,城市中的区域道路承担了更多重要功能,道路等级的升级,路网的变化使人们对交通堵塞的认知和忍耐程度发生了改变。传统的交通拥堵评价方法并没有顾及道路功能随城市化发展和经济情况的变化。文章提出了道路交通拥堵评价方法,通过路段节点获取数据进行拥堵评价,并以杭州萧山区的实例进行验证。
At present,the process of urbanization in China is advancing rapidly,and the scale of urban road network construction is increasing day by day,which promotes the continuous improvement of road network and road grade.Due to the rapid growth of motor vehicles,road facilities are facing more and more pressure,and more and more cities have traffic jam phenomenon.As the phenomenon of urban integration becomes more and more obvious,the regional roads in cities take on more important functions,the upgrading of road level,the change of road network makes people’s cognition and tolerance of traffic congestion change.The traditional traffic congestion evaluation method does not take into account the changes of road function with the development of urbanization and economic situation.In this paper,a road traffic congestion evaluation method is proposed,and the data obtained from road nodes are used to evaluate the traffic congestion.
