产业升级背景下高职院校专业设置与产业结构耦合的策略——基于浙江省48所高职院校的实证分析

The Coupling Strategy between the Setting Up of Higher Vocational Professions and the Industrial Structure from the Perspective of Industrial Upgrading

高职教育是支撑区域经济社会转型升级的重要载体。当前,浙江省经济发展处在产业发展驱动力由传统要素驱动向科技创新驱动转变、产业结构向“三二一”模式转型的关键时期。统计显示,浙江省高职院校专业设置与产业结构耦合程度较高,对产业发展支撑有力,但仍面临专业设置前瞻性不足、重复率较高、专业层次低等问题。高职院校应依托地方产业规划办专业,构建差异化专业建设格局;建立健全专业动态调整机制,构建个性化专业体系;立足自身发展特色,打造多样化专业发展格局。

Higher vocational education is an important carrier to support the transformation and upgrading of regional economy and society.At present,the economic development of Zhejiang Province is in a critical period when the driving force of industrial development changes from traditional factors to scientific and technological innovation,and the industrial structure changes to the"three two one"mode.Statistics show that the degree of coupling between the professional setting and industrial structure of higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang is high,which supports the industrial development strongly,but it still faces the problems of lack of foresight,high repetition rate and low professional level.Higher vocational colleges should rely on local industrial planning to run majors,build a differentiated professional construction pattern,establish and improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism of majors,build a personalized professional system,and create a diversified professional development pattern based on their own development characteristics.
