培养学生学习能力是教育的首要任务,是21世纪国际组织与世界各国的关注重点。本文聚焦国内外学生学习能力养成的内容体系与影响因素,总结学习能力培养的国际经验。针对我国大学生学习能力养成的问题,明确我国在学生学习能力养成过程中,要从政策层面构建学习能力指标体系,分析不同层面上学习能力的影响因素,完善学习能力评价体系,创新学习能力养成路径。

Developing students'learning ability is the primary task of education and the focus of international organizations and countries in the 21st century.This paper focuses on the content system and influencing factors of students'learning ability development at home and abroad,and summarizes the international experience.Based on the situations of learning ability development,it is clear that China should formulate policies,construct the index system,analyze the influencing factors at different levels,and improve the evaluation system to bring forth new ideas to the paths of learning ability development paths.
