心理剧团体对学业不良大学生心理韧性的促进 被引量:5

摘要 目的:了解心理剧团体促进学业不良大学生心理韧性水平的提升效果,探索提升学业不良大学生心理韧性水平的新途径。方法:选取某高校11名学业成绩不良大学生,采用心理剧团体方法进行8次干预,同时用青少年心理韧性量表前后测评估。结果:干预前,实验组、对照组心理韧性各维度除家庭支持维度(t=3.15,P=0.005)显著差异之外,其他各维度均不显著(P>0.05);干预后,实验组在韧性总分(t=-4.02,P=0.002)、目标专注(t=-2.68,P=0.007)、个人力维度(t=-3.52,P=0.006)上得分与干预前有显著差异;对组照后测与前测相比没有显著差异。结论:心理剧团体可以显著提升学业不良大学生心理韧性水平。 Objective:To investigate effects of psychodrama group counseling on resilience among college underachievers.Methods:A total of 22 college underachievers in a university participated in this study,and 11 participants received psychodrama group counseling for 8 sessions as experimental group.Before and after the intervention,all participants completed The Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent(RSCA).Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between control and experimental group except that control group had higher family support(t=3.15,P<0.005).After intervention,there were significant differences in total resilience between the two groups,focus on goals,personal power(t=-4.02,-2.68,-3.52,P<0.01).Between posttest and pretest,there was no significant difference of control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Psychodrama group can significantly improve the level of college underachievers’resilience.
