青少年儿童期心理虐待与忽视对非自杀性自伤行为:反刍思维和认知融合的链式中介作用

Effect of psychological abuse and neglect on non-suicidal self-injury:The chain mediating role of ruminant thinking and cognitive fusion

目的:探讨青少年童年期心理虐待与忽视对非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的影响,以及反刍思维和认知融合在二者之间的中介作用。方法:采用儿童期心理虐待与忽视问卷、事件相关反刍思维问卷、认知融合问卷和非自杀性自伤问卷对1958名中学生进行调查。结果:(1)相关分析的结果表明,NSSI与心理虐待与忽视(r=0.29,P<0.01)、反刍思维(r=0.17,P<0.01)、认知融合(r=0.25,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关;心理虐待与忽视与反刍思维(r=0.17,P<0.01)、认知融合(r=0.33,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关;反刍思维与认知融合呈显著正相关(r=0.48,P<0.01);(2)链式中介效应分析表明,心理虐待与忽视既可以直接影响非自杀性自伤,也可以通过3条路径间接影响非自杀性自伤:反刍思维的单独中介作用、认知融合的单独中介作用、反刍思维和认知融合的链式中介作用,其中中介效应分别占总效应的3.52%、3.52%和13.52%。结论:心理虐待与忽视可以直接影响中学生NSSI,也可以依次通过反刍思维和认知融合间接影响中学生NSSI。

Objective:To explore the relationship between psychological abuse and neglect,ruminant thinking,cognitive fusion and NSSI.Methods:A total of 1,958 middle school students were investigated by questionnaire of psychological abuse and neglect in childhood,questionnaire of event-related ruminant thinking,questionnaire of cognitive fusion and questionnaire of NSSI.Results:(1)Correlation analysis showed that NSSI was positively correlated with psychological abuse and neglect(r=0.29,P<0.01),ruminant thinking(r=0.17,P<0.01),and cognitive fusion(r=0.25,P<0.01).Psychological abuse and neglect were positively correlated with ruminant thinking(r=0.17,P<0.01)and cognitive fusion(r=0.33,P<0.01).Ruminant thinking was positively correlated with cognitive fusion(r=0.48,P<0.01).(2)Chain mediating effect analysis showed that,psychological abuse and neglect could directly affect adolescent NSSI and indirectly affect adolescent NSSI through three paths:Separate mediating role of ruminant thinking,ruminant thinking and cognitive fusion the chain of mediating role,including mediation effect respectively 3.52%,3.52%and 13.52%of the total effect.Conclusion:Psychological abuse and neglect can directly affect middle school students’NSSI,and can indirectly affect middle school students’NSSI through ruminant thinking and cognitive fusion in turn.
