摘要
在上海交通大学自行设计、搭建的低速大尺寸压气机(Low Speed Research Compressor,LSRC)试验台上对带有悬臂静叶的压气机试验件进行总体性能及气动参数的试验研究,以验证低速模拟试验技术。并利用单通道定常数值模拟对其进行计算,与试验结果进行对比,以校验数值模拟方法。四级压气机试验件由高负荷高压压气机后面级经过低速模化设计而来。试验结果表明,该四级压气机级在最高效率点效率达到86.20%,总压比达到1.088,失速裕度为36.64%。单通道定常数值模拟能够较为准确地得到压气机特性及气动参数分布等结果,进一步准确模拟失速裕度及级间参数分布需采用非定常数值模拟方法。
A newly-designed vertical LSRC facility with cantilevered stators is established and put into used in Shanghai Jiao Tong University for purpose of verifying the low-speed simulation test technology.Overall performance and aerodynamic parameters were measured at the compressor facility with a cantilevered third stator.Single-passage steady simulations were performed for validation of numerical methods.The four-stage test compressor is modelled from the rear stage of a highly-loaded high pressure compressor.According to experimental results,efficiency and total pressure ratio of this four-stage compressor is 86.20%and 1.088,while the stall margin reaches to36.64%.The results of steady single-passage simulation have a similar trend with experimental ones,in terms of overall performance and parameter distributions.Unsteady simulation should be carried out to predict the stall margin and parameter distributions more accurately.
