摘要
传统活性染料染色过程中会产生大量含无机盐的废水,与当今环保主题相悖,因此活性染料无盐染色成为研究热点。首先介绍了活性染料与纤维素纤维的特点。其次从改性织物提高染料吸附能力、开发低盐或无盐染色用活性染料、开发高盐效应的代用盐3个方面阐述了活性染料无盐染色技术的研究进展。最后提出今后活性染料低盐染色纤维素纤维的研究方向。
The dyeing process of traditional reactive dye will produce a large number of wastewater that contains inorganic salt,which is contrary to the current environmental protection theme.Therefore,the salt-free dyeing of reactive dyes has become a hot research topic.The characteristics of reactive dyes and cellulose fibers were firstly introduced,and then the current research progress of salt-free reactive dyeing technology was expounded from three aspects:improving the dye adsorption capacity of modified fabrics,developing reactive dyes for low-salt or salt-free dyeing,and developing substitute salts for high-salt effect.Finally,the research direction of cellulose fiber dyed with low-salt reactive dyes in future was proposed.
