涤纶织物的光催化抗菌消臭自清洁整理 被引量:5

摘要 为了开发具有光催化抗菌消臭自清洁功能的涤纶面料,制备了纳米二氧化钛整理剂。分析了影响纳米二氧化钛分散稳定性的因素,对经过等离子和柠檬酸预处理的涤纶织物进行纳米二氧化钛整理。结果表明,纳米二氧化钛整理剂的分散法制备工艺为:纳米TiO25 g/L,pH 6~7,分散剂六偏磷酸钠0.7 g/L,超声30 min。纳米二氧化钛整理织物在紫外光下降解亚甲基蓝的ΔE为16.29,ΔRGB为38.44;对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为91.75%、86.76%;消氨值为0.2987 mg/g。 Nano-TiO_(2) finishing agent was prepared to develop polyester fabric with functions of photocatalysis,antibacterial,deodorization and self-cleaning.The factors influencing the dispersion and stability of nano-TiO2 were analyzed.The polyester fabric pretreated by plasma and citric acid was finished with nano-TiO2.The results showed that the preparation process of nano-TiO2 finishing agent by dispersion method was as follows:nano-TiO25 g/L,pH 6~7,dispersant sodium hexametaphosphate 0.7 g/L,ultrasonic time 30 min.TheΔE andΔRGB of methylene blue degradation were 16.29 and 38.44,respectively.The antibacterial rates of the fabric against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 91.75%and 86.76%,respectively.And the ammonia elimination value was 0.2987 mg/g.
