毛用活性染料对氯化羊毛的染色机理及匀染性 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究毛用活性染料对氯化羊毛染色布面的匀染性,应用尤纳素红CQ染料(α-溴丙烯酰胺类)进行染色吸附热力学、动力学实验。结果表明:尤纳素红CQ染料上染氯化羊毛的吸附模型符合Langmuir型吸附等温线,染料对氯化羊毛亲和力较大,染料从染液向纤维转移的趋势较大。尤纳素红CQ染料吸附上染氯化羊毛纤维的染色热(ΔH°=-33.3 kJ/mol)、染色熵[ΔS°=-0.0355 kJ/(K·mol)]为负值,说明氯化羊毛的染色过程属于放热反应。尤纳素红CQ染料上染氯化羊毛的动力学符合二级动力学模型,随着温度的升高,染色速率常数增大(98℃时,K2=118),吸附速率加快,氯化羊毛较易上染,容易出现色花。筛选合适类型的匀染剂以降低染色速率,结果表明:TF-217CA匀染剂(阳/非离子型)对氯化羊毛有很好的缓染效果,对羊毛织物染色的最终得色量影响小,染色后布面匀染性好。 In order to investigate the levelness of chlorinated wool dyed fabric with wool reactive dyes,the thermodynamics and kinetics experiments of Unisol red CQ dye(α-Bromoacrylamide type)were involved.The results showed that the adsorption model of the chlorinated wool dyed by the Unisol red CQ dye was accord with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.The dye presents a strong affinity for the chlorinated wool dyeing,leading to a greater tendency of dye transition from dyeing liquid to the fiber.The enthalpy(ΔH°=-33.3 kJ/mol)and entropy[ΔS°=-0.0355 kJ/(K·mol)]of Unisol red CQ dye adsorption-staining process for chlorinated wool were negative,which indicated that the dyeing process of chlorinated wool was exothermic.The kinetics of chlorinated wool dyed by Unisol red CQ dye followed the second-order kinetic model.As the temperature increased,the dyeing rate constant was increased(K2=118 at 98℃),and the adsorption rate was accelerated.There was a facile dyeing process for chlorinated wool,prone to appear dyeing defect.The dyeing rate was limited by selecting the suitable leveling agent.The results showed that TF-217CA leveling agent(cationic/nonionic type)possessed an ideal retardation effect for chlorinated wool with less impact on final color uptake.After dyeing process,the levelness of colored wool fabric was good.
