摘要
以全氟己基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(C6SFMA)、烷基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸-3-氯-2-羟基丙酯、氯乙烯为主要原料,采用乳液聚合制备了含短链全氟烷基(C6)的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液。将其应用在医用聚丙烯SMS无纺布上,评价其拒水(醇)、耐静水压及抗静电性能。探讨了C6SFMA用量、烷基丙烯酸酯种类、交联单体用量对聚合物乳液性能的影响。结果表明:当烷基丙烯酸酯为丙烯酸正丁酯,C6SFMA用量为60%,交联单体甲基丙烯酸-3-氯-2-羟基丙酯用量为7%时,该含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液具有良好的拒水(醇)、耐静水压及抗静电性能。该聚合物乳液可以和多种渗透剂和抗静电剂并用,具有良好的加工持续性和加工稳定性。
A fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion containing short-chain perfluoroalkyl(C6)was prepared using perfluorohexyl ethyl methacrylate(C6SFMA),alkyl acrylate,methacrylate-3-chloro-2-hydroxyl propyl ester,vinyl chloride as the main raw materials through emulsion polymerization.It was applied to medical polypropylene SMS non-woven,and the water(alcohol)repellent performance,hydrostatic pressure resistance and antistatic property of SMS nonwoven polypropylene were evaluated.The effects of the dosage of C6SFMA,the type of alkyl acrylate,and the amount of crosslinking monomer on the properties of the polymer emulsion were investigated.The results showed that when the alkyl acrylate was n-butyl acrylate,the dosage of C6SFMA was 60%,and the crosslinking monomer methacrylate-3-chloro-2-hydroxy-propyl ester was 7%,the fluorinated acrylate polymer emulsion had good water(alcohol)repellent performance,hydrostatic pressure resistance and antistatic property.The polymer emulsion could be used with a variety of permeable agents and antistatic,and had good processing continuity and stability.
