扩容蒸发器输出能源的二次利用

摘要 印染企业大多采用扩容蒸发器浓缩淡碱液,在扩容蒸发器工作时产生大量可利用二次热能。通过简单的设施改造,安装相应的输送管道,能较好地利用这些热能。要充分利用这些热能,必须保证供给。详细介绍了具体改造过程,并核算了节能成果。 Most printing and dyeing enterprises use expanded evaporators to concentrate light lye,and a large amount of available secondary heat energy is generated in the work of expanded evaporators.Through simple facility modification and installation of corresponding transportation pipelines,these heat energy can be better utilized.To make full use of it,the supply must be guaranteed.The specific transformation process was introduced in detail,and the energy-saving results were checked.
