京津冀中小城市商业经济中心格式协同优化与比较——基于“级次·圈层”模式

The Layout Collaborative Optimization and Comparison of Commercial and Economic Centers in Small and Medium-Sized Cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region——Based on“Level and Layer”Model

中小城市是促进新型城镇化的主要载体,在借鉴大城市商业经济中心结构及布局的基础上,规范中小城市商业经济中心建设并形成一种范式成为研究的关键内容。“级次·圈层”模式从纵向结构体系和横向布局关系2个维度对城市商业经济中心格式进行了规范性确定,形成一种可供参考的模型。基于此模式,在对北京昌平新城、天津滨海新区及河北省部分中小城市的商业经济中心格式进行比较论证过程中,获得了“市级—片区级—社区级”三级商业经济中心级次结构的范式和商圈圈层空间布局的标准表述,对河北省新型城镇化建设和京津冀协同发展具有提示作用。

Small and medium-sized cities are the main carriers to promote new urbanization.How to standardize the construction of commercial and economic centers in small and medium-sized cities and form a model based on the structure and layout of commercial and economic centers in big cities has become the key content of the research.The level circle model defines the format of urban commercial economic center from two dimensions of vertical structure system and horizontal layout relationship,and forms a model for reference.Based on this model,the hierarchical structure model of“City-District-Community”commercial and economic centers and the standard expression of the space layout of business circle have been obtained through comparing the layout of commercial and economic centers in Changping of Beijing,Binhai of Tianjin and some small and medium-sized cities in Hebei Province,which has a hint effect on the new urbanization construction of Hebei Province and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
