GO/WPU复合涂层剂对纯棉针织面料的功能整理

摘要 为增强氧化石墨烯(GO)的亲水性和分散性,利用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)进行接枝改性,并与水溶性聚氨酯(WPU)超声共混,获得GO/WPU纳米复合涂层剂。通过轧-烘-焙工艺方法对棉织物进行整理,利用水合肼还原制得还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)/WPU复合棉织物。采用物理化学性质及光谱特性分析评价GO/WPU涂层剂性能,借助SEM和XPS对RGO/WPU复合棉织物进行结构表征,并研究其导电性能及紫外线防护性能。结果表明:改性GO在WPU中均匀分散(乳液粒径小于116.83 nm),两者分子间存在氢键作用,热稳定性以及拉伸强度均显著提升;涂层剂可以在棉纤维表面形成较均匀的涂层,织物的表面电阻从4.21×10^(8)Ω·m最低降至1.29×10^(2)Ω·m,紫外防护系数(UPF)最高增强137倍。 To enhance hydrophilicity and dispersion of graphene oxide(GO),it was grafted with polyethyleneimine(PEI)and ultrasonically blended with water-soluble polyurethane(WPU)to obtain GO/WPU composite nano coating agent.RGO/WPU composite cotton fabric was prepared by rolling drying curing process and hydrazine hydrate reduction.The properties of GO/WPU coating agent were evaluated by physicochemical properties and spectral characteristics analysis.Meanwhile,the structure of RGO/WPU composite cotton fabric was characterized by SEM and XPS.The conductivity and UV protection of the composite cotton fabric were studied.The results showed that the modified GO dispersed in WPU uniformly(the particle size of emulsion was less than 116.83 nm),hydrogen bonding existed between the two molecules,and the thermal stability and tensile strength improved significantly.The coating agent could form a relatively uniform coating and the fabric surface resistance decreased from 4.21×10^(8)Ω∙m to 1.29×10^(2)Ω·m.Ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)could be up to 137 times enhanced.
