摘要
采用活性红HE-3B染料对棉织物进行微波染色,研究浴比、Na_(2)CO_(3)用量、Na_(2)SO_(4)用量、竭染时间、固色时间对上染率、固色率以及K/S值的影响,比较微波染色和常规染色的染色效果。结果表明,微波染色优化工艺:浴比1∶6,Na_(2)CO_(3)6 g/L,Na_(2)SO_(4)40 g/L,竭染时间4 min,固色时间3 min,该条件下上染率和固色率分别为61.2%和51.8%,K/S值为8.4。微波染色棉织物的力学性能、色牢度相比常规染色无明显衰减,但能够减少水和化学物质用量,缩短工艺时间,降低染料废水的处理成本。
Cotton fabric was dyed with Reactive red HE-3B under the condition of microwave dyeing.The effects of liquor ratio,Na_(2)CO_(3) dosage,Na_(2)SO_(4) dosage,exhaust dyeing time and fixation time on dye uptake,fixation rate and K/S value were studied.The results showed the optimal process was as follows:liquor ratio 1∶6,Na_(2)CO_(3)6 g/L,Na_(2)SO_(4)40 g/L,exhaust dyeing time 4 min,fixation time 3 min,and the dye uptake,fixation rate and K/S value were 61.2%,51.8%and 8.4,respectively under this process.The mechanical property and color fastness after microwave dyeing had no obvious attenuation compared with conventional dyeing.Microwave dyeing process reduced the amount of water and chemical substances,shortened the process time and reduced the cost of dye wastewater treatment.
