摘要 以二氯甲烷为萃取溶剂,超声提取30 min,内标法定量,建立同时快速测定纺织品中28种有机氯载体的气相色谱-质谱法。28种有机氯载体在0.01~1.00 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)均大于0.995,方法检出限为0.003~0.026 mg/kg,3个加标水平下的回收率为81.6%~116.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.9%~8.7%。该方法快速、操作简单、灵敏度高、定量准确,适用于纺织品中28种有机氯载体的分析测定。 A rapid method based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established for the simultaneous determination of 28 organo-chloride carriers in textiles.Samples were extracted with dichloromethane by ultrasound method for 30 min.Quantification was performed by an internal standard.The calibration curves of 28 organo-chloride carriers were linear in the range of 0.01~1.00 mg/L with correlation coefficients(R 2)more than 0.995.The detection limit of compounds was 0.003~0.026 mg/kg.The spiked average recoveries was 81.6%~116.7%at three spiked levels with relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)of 0.9%~8.7%.The proposed method was rapid,simple,sensitive and accurate,which was suitable for the determination of 28 organo-chloride carriers in textile products.
