摘要 不同深基坑支护方案工程成本不一样,如何做到保证基坑施工质量安全,同时又达到节约工程造价、减少施工工期、降低环境污染的目的?文章从工程成本角度出发,论述如何选择最优支护方案。首先,重点阐述了基坑支护形式及适用范围,分析影响基坑工程成本的各项直接因素与间接因素。然后,建立影响指标因素评价方案体系,利用网络层次分析法和灰色综合评价法等原理与步骤,计算得出影响工程成本的权重及排序,构建综合经济分析评价模型。最后,运用实际工程案例,经过第三章的网络层次分析法和灰色综合评价法,进行逐一方案验证,选择出最优支护方案,并做出分析与经济评价,论证评价模型的科学性、合理性。 The project cost of different deep foundation pit support schemes is different.So how do we ensure the construction quality and safety of the foundation pit and meanwhile achieve the purpose of saving the project cost,reducing the construction period and reducing the environmental pollution?This paper discusses how to choose the optimal support scheme from the engineering cost point of view.Firstly,the supporting form and application scope of the foundation pit are expounded,and the direct and indirect factors affecting the project cost of the foundation pit are analyzed.Then,the evaluation scheme system of influence index factors is established,the weight and order of influence project cost are calculated by using the principles and steps of network analytic hierarchy process and grey comprehensive evaluation method,and the comprehensive economic analysis evaluation model is constructed.Finally,based on actual engineering cases,through the network analytic hierarchy process and the grey comprehensive evaluation method in chapter three,the schemes are verified one by one,the optimal support scheme is selected,and analysis and economic evaluation are conducted to demonstrate whether the evaluation model is scientific and reasonable.
