Quality Control Test of Transcranial MRI-guided Focused Ultrasound Treatment System before Surgery

目的 通过对磁共振成像系统和磁共振引导经颅聚焦超声系统的质量控制检测,探讨每次治疗前两种系统的预防性维护及质量流程控制方法。方法 分别对磁共振成像系统通用性能指标和图像质量控制指标及磁共振引导经颅聚焦超声治疗系统EXABLATE 4000质量保证程序进行检测并记录。结果 磁共振成像系统通用性能指标和图像质量控制指标均符合要求。结论 通过对系统的检测,及时掌握系统性能状态,保证治疗的准确性和安全性。

Objective To investigate the pre-treatment preventive maintenance and quality control procedure of MRIsystem and transcranial MRI-guided focused ultrasound (TcMRgFUS) treatment system by monitoringquality control of these two systems. Methods The general performance index and image quality controlindex of MRI system, as well as the quality assurance program of TcMRgFUS EXABLATE 4000 systemwere tested and recorded. Results The general performance index and image quality control index ofMRI system met requirements. Conclusion Through system detection, the system performance could bemonitored, ensuring the accuracy and safety of surgery.
