定向钻进技术在底板水害超前探查中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 为保障顾北煤矿底板巷道安全、高效掘进,需施工钻孔对巷道两帮一定范围内的底板灰岩进行超前探查。以TD2-1和TD2-2定向钻孔为例,根据钻遇地质条件,分析并优化了超前探查定向钻孔施工工艺技术,并以同一区域常规前探孔作为比较对象,对采用定向钻进技术进行超前水害探查的施工效果进行比较分析。结果表明,为掩护600m巷道掘进,相较于常规前探孔,定向钻孔工程量和辅助掘进工程量减少约4/5,探查钻孔施工工期减少约2/3,有效探查进尺占比提高2.7~3倍,达到92%以上,降本增效显著,证明了采用定向钻进技术进行底板水害超前探查的可行性和优越性。 In order tunnel efficiently and safely in the floor roadway in Gubei Coal Mine,it is necessary to explore the floor limestone in a certain range of the two sides of the roadway in advance. Taking the directional boreholes( TD2-1 and TD2-2)as examples,the construction technology of advance exploration directional drilling is analyzed and optimized,which is then compared with the conventional advance exploration hole in the same area from economic benefit and effect of exploration. The results show that,the directional advance exploration hole is better in economic benefit and exploration effect,which has brought down the total engineering amount of directional drilling and auxiliary tunneling by 4/5,shortened the construction period of drilling by 2/3,and brought up the effective footage by 2. 7-3 times,to 92%. The effect of cost decreasing and benefit increasing is significant,and feasibility and advantage of the technology are verified.
