乌审旗典型工作面停复采冲击危险性分析与防治 被引量:2

摘要 以母杜柴登煤矿30202工作面为工程背景,对工作面停复采期间的矿压监测数据进行分析,分析了工作面停复采前后矿压显现规律,提出了停复采过程中冲击地压防治的关键技术。分析结果表明:工作面停采后,微震事件能量及频次明显降低,煤层应力及支架阻力数据明显增大;工作面复采后,震动场活动强度整体经历"突增—降低—小幅增高"三个阶段;工作面复采初期前40刀(约35m)为冲击地压防治的关键区域;提出了停复采期间"应力预警-险情钻检确认-卸压解危-解危效果验证"为主要内容的冲击地压危险区处理流程,30202工作面实践效果良好,可为乌审旗地区相似条件工作面停复采期间的冲击地压防治提供借鉴。 Based on the background of 30202 working face in Muduchaideng Coal Mine,the monitoring data of ground pressure in the process of stopping and resuming mining of typical working faces in Uxin Banner are analyzed,and the law of ground pressure behavior before and after stopping and resuming mining is studied. Finally,the key technologies of rock burst prevention and control in the process of stopping and resuming mining are summarized. The analysis shows that: after stopping,the energy and frequency of microseismic events significantly reduces,and the data of coal seam stress and support resistance significantly increases;after resuming mining,the activity intensity of vibration field goes through sudden increase to decrease and finally to small increase;in the initial stage of resuming mining,the first 40 cuts( about 35 m) are the key areas for rock burst prevention and control;the work-flow of rock burst hazard area treatment is proposed,comprising early warning,drilling and inspection confirmation of dangerous situation,pressure and danger relief,effect verification,which worked well in 30202 working face. The study can guide the prevention and treatment of rock burst in mining face with similar conditions.
