摘要
兰坪乌骨绵羊以其乌骨乌肉特征而闻名,而黑色素的沉积量是影响其形成乌骨乌肉特征的直接因素。黑色素的形成受多基因调控,但影响黑色素的主效基因尚不清楚。该文从黑色素的合成以及影响其合成的相关功能基因进行综述,以期为深入研究兰坪乌骨绵羊黑色素形成机理提供一定理论依据。
Lanping black-bone sheep is famous for its black bone and black meat,and the deposition of melanin is the direct factor influencing the formation of black bone and black meat.The formation of melanin is regulated by mutiple genes however,the major genes affecting melanin remain unclear.This paper reviewed the synthesis of melanin and related functional genes that influence the synthesis of melanin in order to provide a theoretical basis for the in-depth study of melanin formation mechanism of Lanping black-bone sheep.
