益生性酵母菌的筛选与鉴定

Screening and Identification of Probiotic Yeast

采用YPD平板从青海牦牛瘤胃和西藏青稞酒糟中筛选酵母菌,并对其进行形态学、分子生物学特性、生理生化特性和益生特性鉴定。试验结果表明:从青海牦牛瘤胃中筛选到马克斯克鲁维酵母菌3株,从西藏青稞酒糟中筛选到酿酒酵母菌4株,毕赤酵母菌2株,其中毕赤酵母菌JZ10起酵时间短,环境适应性强,有广泛的药物敏感性且对金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌有强抑制作用,具有良好的生长特性和益生特性,为后续酵母菌作为饲料添加剂提供一定的参考依据。

Yeasts were screened from the rumen of Qinghai yaks and distilled grains of Tibetan highland barley by YPD plate,and morphological,molecular biological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and probiotics were identified.The results showed that three strains of Kluyveromyces marxianus were screened from the rumen of Qinghai yak,four strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and two strains of Pichia pastoris were screened from the distilled grains of Tibetan barley.Among them,Pichia pastoris JZ10 had a short fermentation duration,and strong adaptability to the environment.In addition,it was extensively sensitive to drugs and strongly inhibitive to Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella,and it had fine growth characteristics and probiotic characteristics.The study will provide a reference for the follow-up study on yeast as feed additives.
