Research on the Educational Management Modes of Vocational Colleges Based on Macro Education Concepts

职业教育的快速发展,为我国社会提供大量职业人才,有利于推动经济水平提升,因此受到人们的高度关注。进入新时期以来,我国教育发展面临诸多挑战,应从宏观教育理念出发,对传统教学模式进行改革和创新,提升职业学校整体教育水平,为学生的成长成才奠定基础。分析基于宏观教育理念的职业学校教育管理的重要性,剖析职业学校教育管理缺失宏观教育理念存在的问题,探索基于宏观教育理念的职业学校教育管理模式。

The rapid development of vocational education provides a large number of vocational talents for our country which is beneficial to improve the economy.Therefore,it has been increasingly concerned.Since the new period,the development of China’s education has been facing various challenges.We should start with the macro education concepts,reform and innovate the traditional teaching modes,and promote the overall education level of vocational colleges in order to lay a solid foundation for college students’growth.This paper analyzes the importance of educational management in vocational colleges based on macro education concepts,explores the existing problems due to lack of macro education concepts in the process of educational management,and discovers the educational management modes in vocational colleges based on macro education concepts.
