摘要
在科学技术创新发展的驱动下,柔性生产线已经成为企业实现可持续发展的重要手段。柔性生产线属于多单元组合系统,由供料单元、加工单元、输送单元、组装单元等多模块构成。本文从设计需求、基础结构、工作原理、机器人结构、机器人运动控制等方面入手,就柔性生产线机器人组装单元设计进行了简要分析,以推动机器人在柔性生产线中的运用,保证柔性生产线组装单元安全运行。
Driven by the development of science and technology innovation,flexible production line has become an important means for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Flexible production line is a multi unit combina⁃tion system,which is composed of feeding unit,processing unit,conveying unit,assembly unit and other modules.From the aspects of design requirements,infrastructure,working principle,robot structure and robot motion control,this paper briefly analyzed the design of robot assembly unit in flexible production line,so as to promote the applica⁃tion of robot in flexible production line and ensure the safe operation of assembly unit in flexible production line.
