我国智慧社区的发展现状及功能设计

The Development Status and Function Design of Smart Communities in China

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情让更多人认识到智慧社区建设的重要性及必然性,推动了我国智慧社区建设进入加速落地阶段。通过对国内外智慧社区建设现状展开分析,笔者发现,智慧社区普遍包含基础设施完善、社区服务、社区治理三个基本建设单元。为了实现城市的可持续发展,经济发达地区智慧社区建设逐渐以加强风险防控、推进绿色节能为重点。本文从城市可持续发展理念出发,结合城市发展特征,对智慧社区平台功能结构展开设计。平台考虑了社区居民、企业、政府等相关者的应用需求,除了包含基础设施监测、智慧政务、社区各类服务之外,还融合了风险防控和绿色节能版块,功能更加完善和具体。

The COVID-19 has made more people realize the importance and inevitability of smart community con⁃struction,and promoted the smart community construction of China into an accelerated landing stage.By analyzing the current situation of the construction of smart communities at home and abroad,the author found that smart com⁃munities generally included three basic construction units:perfect infrastructure,community services,and communi⁃ty governance.In order to realize the sustainable development of cities,the construction of smart communities in eco⁃nomically developed areas had gradually focused on strengthening risk prevention and control and promoting green energy conservation.Starting from the concept of sustainable urban development,this paper combined the character⁃istics of urban development to design the functional structure of the smart community platform.The platform considers the application needs of community residents,enterprises,governments and other stakeholders,in addition to includ⁃ing infrastructure monitoring,smart government affairs,and community services,it also integrates risk prevention and control and green energy-saving sections,with more complete and specific functions.
