摘要
随着科学技术的发展,无极绳绞车和相关配套设施不断优化,技术水平得到了很大提高,但是,无极绳绞车当前仍需要解决弹绳、脱绳等问题。本文首先阐述了无极绳绞车压绳装置存在的问题,然后分析了无极绳绞车原压绳装置的受力情况,在此基础上提出了解决压绳装置弊端的措施。研究表明,新型压绳装置有效减少了无极绳绞车弹绳等现象,提高了运输效率和装置的使用年限,值得在矿井推广并应用。
With the development of science and technology,the endless rope winch and related supporting facilities have been continuously improved,and the technical level has been greatly improved,however,the endless rope winch still needs to solve the problems of elastic rope and detachment.This paper first explained the problems exist⁃ing in the rope pressing device of the endless rope winch,and then analyzed the force of the original rope pressing de⁃vice of the endless rope winch,and on this basis,proposed measures to solve the disadvantages of the rope pressing device.Studies have shown that the new rope pressing device effectively reduces the phenomenon of rope winches and other phenomena,improves transportation efficiency and the service life of the device,and is worthy of popular⁃ization and application in mines.
