Gazing at an“Old Canal Watercourse Alive”

在枣庄市台儿庄区运河街道,西起台儿庄古城游客服务中心东侧,东抵月河东排灌站以南400米处,有一段长约3公里、宽50至120米不等、水深3米的河。这段河形如弯月,被人们亲切地称为“月河”,它正是世界文化遗产“中国大运河”27段遗产河道之一的中河台儿庄段。

In Yunhe Sub-district,Taierzhuang District,Zaozhuang City,there is a river,starting from the east of Taierzhuang Old Town Visitor Service Center,with a length of 3km,a width ranging from 50 to 120m and a depth of 3m.Thisriver is shaped like a crescent moon,so it is known as the“Moon River”.It is the Taierzhuang Section in the Zhong Canal,one of the 27 heritage watercourses of the world heritage“Grand Canal of China”.
