流转300年的玉堂味道

摘要 行走济宁古运河岸,仿佛穿过时光隧道,置身于河中舟楫穿梭、两岸商贾如云的古代。沿着南门口外的石板路寻去,仍能看到玉堂酱园黑底金字的招牌依然高悬。驻足在保留着传统古朴风格的店铺里,依稀可以感受到300年间的兴衰过往。对于大多数济宁人来说,玉堂酱园并不仅仅是几味酱菜,而是弥漫在记忆里的传统味道,融入济宁文脉的一种运河符号。 In the Kangxi Period of the Qing Dynasty,a Suzhou businessman surnamed Dai sold goods along the canal,and bought a treasured land to run a pickle shop named"Gusu Dai Yutang"at the south entrance to Jining.Later,Dai returned to his hometown to spend his remaining years in comfort.The herb merchant Leng Changlian and sun Yuting,governor of Jiangnan and Jiangxi,jointly bought the shop,and renamed it“Yutang Pickle Shop”.
