在立德树人教育理念指导下,高职院校要将工匠精神定位于高素质技术能型人才必须具备的核心素养,积极打造工匠精神养成教育体系,促进学生综合素质全面提升。该文分析了工匠精神的时代内涵,揭示了高校院校开展工匠精神养成教育的必要性,论述了思政教育引导下高职院校开展工匠精神养成教育的实践策略,期望对培养高职院校学生的工匠精神有所帮助。

Under the guidance of moral education concept,higher vocational colleges should position the craftsman spirit as the core quality of high-quality technical talents,actively create the craftsman spirit cultivation education system,and promote the overall quality of students.This paper analyzes the contemporary connotation of craftsman spirit,reveals the necessity of developing craftsman spirit cultivation education in colleges and universities,and discusses the practical strategies of developing craftsman spirit cultivation education in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of ideological and political education,hoping to help improve the craftsman spirit of higher vocational college students.
