As an emerging technology,coaching technology plays an important role in the employment psychological counseling of college students.This paper analyzes the common employment psychological problems of college students,and conducts and in-depth discussion on the application of coaching technology in the employment psychological counseling of college students,respectively from the conceptual guidance of the“four beliefs”,the process arrangement of the“five steps”,and the specific application of the“two tools”.
