摘要
山西面食文化起源于黄河流域,并在历史的漫长发展过程中逐步形成了形式多样的面食以及民俗礼仪,不仅丰富了人们的日常生活,也对山西的文化产生了多方面的影响。该文主要基于民俗视角对山西面食和文化展开了研究,着重分析了山西面食与文化之间的发展关联,并对山西面食文化的形成条件以及历史渊源展开了探索。
The cooked wheaten food culture of Shanxi originated in the Yellow River Basin,and gradually formed various forms of cooked wheaten food and folk customs during the long history of development,which not only enriched people’s daily life,but also had a multi-faceted impact on Shanxi’s culture.This paper mainly studies Shanxi cooked wheaten food and culture from the perspective of folk customs,focuses on the analysis of the relationship between Shanxi cooked wheaten food and culture,and explores the formation conditions and historical origins of the cooked wheaten food culture of Shanxi.
