本杰明的语言观视角下翻译中的“存异”研究

Research on“Preservation of Differences”in Translation from Benjamin’s Linguistic Perspective

本杰明在《译者的任务》一文中提出了“纯语言”的观点,“纯语言”指的是各种语言之间所存在的差异的总和。基于“纯语言”特点的分析,即表现各语言之间的差异、永远处于动态状态、体现各种语言之间的互补关系,该文研究“存异”对于翻译实践的重要性,提出译者应采用“存异”的翻译策略,保留原文的“异质”成分,促进不同语言和文化之间的交流。

In“The Task of the Translator”,Benjamin proposes his notion of“Pure Language”,which refers to the totality of differences of all the languages.Based on the analysis of the characteristics that“Pure Language”demonstrates the differences,remains everlastingly in the dynamic state,and embodies the complementary relationship of different languages,this paper studies the importance of“preserving differences”in translation practice,and proposes that translators need to adopt the strategy of“preservation of differences”in the original,promoting communications among different languages and cultures.
