摘要
为探明百合内外鳞片中矿物质元素含量特征,以6种不同产地的百合为试验材料,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定百合鳞片中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、Se、Cr、As、Cd、Pb、Hg的含量。研究发现,9种营养元素中K含量最高,Ca和Mg次之;6个大型百合产地中所产百合中矿物质元素含量较高的为湖北恩施、四川江油和甘肃兰州。结果显示,不同产地的百合中矿物质元素的含量还是有较大差异,可能与生长环境、土壤用肥等因素有关,有待进一步研究。
The contents of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Se,Cr,As,Cd,Pb and Hg in lily scales were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with 6 kinds of lily scales from different areas.The results showed that the contents of K were the highest,followed by Ca and Mg.The lilies from Hubei Enshi,Sichuan Jiangyou and Gansu Lanzhou had high content of mineral elements.The results showed that the content of mineral elements in lily from different areas was still different,which may be related to the growth environment,soil fertilizer and other factors,which need to be further studied.
