Based on the Study on the Environmental Protection Edible Straw Substitute Under the Background of“Plastic Ban”

“禁塑令”颁布之后,环保型、可降解吸管必将代替塑料制品,其产业化也将迎来扩张阶段。代餐粉因营养丰富、食用便捷、低热量、高纤维、易饱腹等优点而受到消费者青睐,常作为一种新型的手段应用于糖尿病、高脂血症等疾病的临床干预。就代餐吸管研究进展进行概述,包括研究内容、创新点、特色等,并针对目前研究中存在的缺陷提出合理建议,对未来发展进行展望,以期为可食性代餐吸管的合理开发提供参考。

After the promulgation of the“plastic ban”,environment-friendly and biodegradable straws will replace plastic products,and their industrialization will also welcome the expansion stage.Meal replacement powder is favored by consumers due to its advantages of rich nutrition,convenient eating,low calorie,high fiber and easy satiety.It is often used as a new method in clinical intervention of diseases such as diabetes and hyperlipidemia.This paper summarized the research progress of meal substitute straw,including the research content,innovation points,characteristics,etc.,and put forward reasonable suggestions in view of the defects in the current research,and forecasted the future development,in order to provide reference for the rational development of edible meal substitute straw.
